PLATFORM ISSUES
ACCOUNTABILITY: The City Council is the steward of the tax-payer’s interests and their money and should be accountable to our citizens for everything they do. As a member of the council I will honor this trust by putting Palm Bay citizens first.
TRANSPARENCY: Palm Bay taxpayers deserve open and transparent contract bidding and oversight of those contracts. We should only pay for performance and timely results!
INFRASTRUCTURE FIRST: We need infrastructure capable of supporting present and anticipated expansion. We need to stop approving development for which we are not prepared.
PALM BAY'S FAIR SHARE: Palm Bay has 20% of Brevard County’s combined 26-city population and about 10% of its land area. So why are other cities getting more?
PROTECTING SENIORS and PROPERTY-OWNERS RIGHTS: Our senior citizens should not be taxed out of their homes by rising assessments!
I will be a full time Councilperson
with no out-side distractions.
I bring to this position a career-long record of negotiating deals and contracts no one else thought possible.
I WILL be the taxpayers’ steward.
